what methods of measuring software quality do SAP use

Could you share your requirement in detail? Software quality means the way developments?

I have an assignment and for that, I have to choose a global IT company. The question was as follows:

- Identify the software quality policies and procedures that exist in your chosen organisation and describe in detail the measurement of quality factors

- Discuss how software quality is measured using software quality management metrics

- Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the method of measuring software quality that your organisation employs

So, in my previous question, I asked the method they use for measuring quality.

Is it one of the choosen IT company asking you this ? if yes, I assume they speak about: Best Practice, Naming convention, Code review, ATC, Clean Code, Unit Test, GxP complient, SLA, .... (all these subjects are not equal, but could be part of the quality review / indicator)
