Yes
2) What is the site inspection checklist?
Systematic and Preventive assessment of company safety policies.
To determine health protection and safety standards implementation status and their effect.
3) Is it the same as we create the questionair in the risk assessment?
Yes & No Both.
Yes - you create / use questioniare to carry out site assessment
No - Risk assessment questionaire is different which basically tries to get employee working conditions, agents they are exposed to and employee background health status which aggrevate Risk.
4) Or site inspection is exclusively a differnt step in IHS?
Yes
You can create Site Inspection following an accident, some technical suggestion or even after carrying out risk assessment. You generally use information existing in Risk Assessment and Workarea to assess the site.
Attaching the questionaire and preparation of questionaire is similiar to what you do for Risk Assessment.
In case of Site inspection scanned checklists are also used.
