Simplified incident notification - Clasification field error

Hi,

I'm trying to create a Simplified Incident Notification. I complete all the fields, but when i press Send, an error message is displayed: "Mandatory field Clasification must be filled".

The problem is that Clasification is not a visible field.

The same problem arises when I try to enter the 10 step of the incident notification, and in the tab Injured, i select an injured person. I cannot pass from the sub-tab Basics to Injuries, because the same error message is displayed.

I attach a screenshot.

Note: we have made an enhacement but ir was working ok.

Hi Florencia

Below mentioned Mandatory Inputs should be given in the Incident tab

1) Location Classification ( It will be there below the Injured person  in basic data tab)

2) Organisational Unit ID .

Thanks for your answer.

The problema is during the Simplified Incident Notification, so we don't have different tabs, it's only one screen and the field "Classification" is hidden, as shown in the picture i've attached in my previous post.

Pl. Check the " Location Classification " Configuration in SPRO . Whether Locations are configure or not.

The field Balajee is talking about is the "Location classification" field we can see on your screenshot - on the right side of the screenshot, underneath block title Where did it happen ?

I've completed aall the fields and when i press send, an error message is displayed: "The ASSERT condition was violated".

I've checked in R/3 and the classification field was configured.

Hi Florencia,

Could you ask a developer to check if an assertion has been left active in the code with an active checkpoint group ?

I'm not a developer but assertions are used to check code in case of code failure (like a breakpoint).

When the program reaches an active assertion, if the result is false, an untreatable exception is triggered and the program will dump with the violation message you get.

Also, how did you enter the classification ?

Thanks Philippe, I'll ask the developer to check it out!

The Classification field was enter by pressing the button beside it, and searched the available classifications. I've chosen the option "Planta 1".
