Several default views in BCV-tables

Hello dear experts,

we have implemented a BCV-report for portfolio elments in PPM 5.0. In the query view we have created a table with a set of table fields in the BCV-customizing. When the BCV is opened in the Web-UI, this table-customizing is displayed as view "[Standard View]". In the WEB-UI it is possible to save new views specific to the current user ("Settings" -> "Save View as" -> "Assignment: User").

We have tried to customize another table in the query view, but that only results in a short dump ("Subnode V_MAIN.QVIEW_RESULT does not exist.").

Is it possible in BCV to create more than the one customized default view? So that there are several default views, from which the user can select? If so: How can this be achieved?

I found a SAP note (1566060) for exactly this problem. Have not tried it out but it seems to solve this problem:

Hello,

I implemented note 1566060. But despite using &SAP-CONFIG-MODE=X in the element dashboard, out of which the BCV is called, I couldn't define views, that weren't user-specific.

Do you have any other ideas?

Hello Thomas

You have to open the specific Query-View enlarged in a seperate Window, while using the Config-mode.

After that you need to enter SAP-CONFIG-MODE=X to the URL again. Then you'll have the possibility of creating Views for everyone.
