Settlement account assignment not allowed - BS007

I have as situation where I have work order which have been created from notifications. Some work order could not be closed by transaction IW42 and the error "Settlement account assignment is not allowed - BS0007" pops out.

This must have to do with the status of the because other works orders with different status can be closed. My question is do I have to change the status of these work orders before closing them ?? i f so how do I do it ??

The screenshot shows the ststus "CRTD MANC NMAT PRC RELR" which is of the work orders giving trouble.

I have checked this forum but it seems that the error BS0007 could be generated from various different scenarios

Thanks for your reply. I get the error "Settlement account .................." when i try to release the order (pressing the green flag)

Hi William,

You are trying to do collective confirmation, but Order is not released yet, its in CRTD status. You can perform if the Order is attains status REL.

Click the Green flag to release it,.
