Setting up SSO in 12.1

I want to implement SSO in MII 12.1. Is there any configuration guide available for this. Please help.

Since you are logging into NetWeaver you will need to do the SSO configuration in UME:  http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nwce711/helpdata/en/7d/77fa735e5f47a2a50b5336fd1b5a61/frameset.htm

Now I want to set up SSO in the SAP ECC also. Could you please guide me with this also.
