Setting up plant Client hierarchy in MII for OEE

hi all,

I am trying to set up OEE in sap MII.
I am getting error in the general configuration tab, as Plant hierarchy not available. Global context not available. where as I have sent the Plant hierarchy message from ECC, the same is processed successfully in MII.

Also i have a query, do I need to run the CTC configuration again for the new plant and client whose plant hierarchy I am trying to set up.

Please help
