Setting of Incident Action Status

We are implementing SAP EHS Incident Management. We can create actions against the incident (or investigation steps). We can see and edit these actions through the Monitor Tasks app (F2527). However, there is nowhere to set the status on these actions to 'in progress' or 'complete'.

What are we missing here?

Dear Alan,

the Task can be completed from the "My Inbox" application (see screenshot below).

However, you have to make sure that the Task is started. To do so, please make sure that the following workflow event linkages (t-code: SWE2) are activated:

CL_EHFND_WFF_BASE_ADAPTER - TASK_REQUESTED

CL_EHFND_WFF_BASE_ADAPTER - TASK_WITH_APPR_REQUESTED

CL_EHFND_SCHEDULER_REPLANNER - TRIGGER_REPLANNING

CL_EHFND_TDEF_SCHED_REPLANNER - REPLANNING_REQUESTED
