Dear SAP Experts,
When using BAPI BUS1077 GET DETAIL, I noticed I’m not able to set a filter for a set of characteristics for a VAT. Say for example if I’m using VAT GHS Labelling and in the characteristics I only need Char Hazard Statement, I end up getting output of all other characteristics too.
Does any one know if it is possible to set input filter only for a certain set of characteristics?
Regards,
Rohan

Dear All,
I got to know from SAP that this feature not supported by the functionalities available in the standard software. So then I'm closing this topic. Thanks.

Hello
The story is like: you provide BAPI BUS1077 GET DETAIL all "input" data to read the wished data. Here you MUST know what data you would like to read. E.g. "density" does have many characteristics. Now later by checking the feedback of the BAPI: based on you "wishes" (what property was of interest) you must check the feedback
In WWI area this is "slightly" different (but if you come from top to down not really),
Here (in WWI area) you use the "main repeating" group to open density for read. And then by using the respective report symbol you can select what you would like to print
There is no "usefull" topic for "direct" read. The main reason: the "BAPI" support all potential data constellations (e.g. reference; overwritten reference, Inheritance etc)
So sorry: first you must specify the property/value assignment type; then you must know struture of the property, and then you can get in tocu with details (e.g. value of one characteristic
I am not ware of any practical other option to get in touch with the wished data
C.B.
