Set up default values in the Functional Location screen SAP PM

Please my requirement is the following how can I set up be default the values that I want in the first screen related to the Functional Location creation in the fields "STrIndicator" and "FunctLocCat". Because I don't want to keep the values proposed now by the system,

I believe it's possible to update several users' parameter ID's at once using transaction SU10. I can't test it myself currently, unfortunately.
