Hello,
I am trying to release a Preventive Maintenance order to MII. I click the green flag at the top to release the order, so someone out on the floor can perform the work. After I click the flag, I get a message at the bottom of the screen saying 'Order 820000994329 will be released after update' as shown in the picture below. The problem is the order will not show up in MII until the next day. My question is, is there a way to have MII and SAP to update more frequently or can there be a different problem?
Thank you

I think it depends upon how you are transporting the PM work order to MII. If IDocs are being generated, but not set to immediate transport, that would be the first thing I would check. If the IDocs are being sent immediately (check in WE02/WE05). If the IDocs are received by MII, but categorized for later processing by a scheduled job, then you should be able to go to the scheduler and run the job as you desire. Look under System Administration in the MII Portal - Scheduler. You should also be able to check under Message Services - Message Monitor to see if the IDoc was received and Categorized (Queued).
If IDocs are not the means of transport, then there is probably some scheduled job which pulls the new PM order down from ECC. You might have to do more investigation to see if that job would get the most recently released orders. But you could probably just run the job and see if the new order shows up as a first step.
Cheers, Mike
