Searching for SAP E-Rec candidates on EHSAMBTAET

Hi folks,

I have searched it but no results.

Do we need to activate some integration to be able to search candidates from SAP E-Recruitment on EHSAMBTAET?

I ask it because we have many candidates available on SAP E-Rec and none of them are displayed when searching.

Could you please give some hint?

Hi Daniele and Tarun,

I don't know if it is the best way, but we have found a solution. Instead of searching for candidates, we selected external person and the option "Partner Acording to User". After that we could see the candidates.

I think i replies with 3 options in my last reply. 3rd option is for the external person? hope you check it, may be you only maintained those users in that selection.

Best way is to maintain your employees with services, so that you can check under employees.

Lets wait for Daniele reply too.

are you able to see cabdiates in other ehs transactions like ehsh_d_pcp?

Hi Bruno,

Did you try to search with all different scenarios?

Employee/Applicant/External Person?

If employee not assigned to any service, you will get message like "No service exist for the selected personnel number". Still you can see all your employees in the list.
