SDS mismatch in between CG02 and CVD1

Hello,

Need help!

We have generated a report from CG02 and everything looks fine it. Now when we send the report from CG02 and checks the pdf in CVD1 it seems like it is missing information ( only one line item ) I checked the DMS and there also the pdf is missing the same information.

Question - How report shippment picks the SDS from CG02

Data will be picked from CG02 (Specification workbench) as you told but there are alot things will happen in between, Check the Report Template and generation variant.

Is there any previous version was released for same report ?

CVD1 is only to check the report shipping status and reports for material or particular customer.

Final released version in CG54 where you can compare the SDS and specification data. Please check the WWI template and RGV and validity area check what are the possibilities for SDS report.

Its tough to explain here each everything its a huge concept.

Hello

thanks for providing hints to the most important aspects to consider (in this case)

Only an add one to your explanation

1.) we have a WWI process to create a "raw report"

2.) we have a WWI process (in combination with CG54/Cg50) to create a final report

3.) and we have a WWI process as part of the overall sds distribution process to generate a final report (the process is handled in CVd1)

Only if the pieces come together the picture is complete (and we donot talk about optins as WWI docuemnt is stored in SAP DMS or Archive yes/no)
