Hello

using "CG02" you normally can not set a report to "historic". Reports are managed via CG50 and here you can set a report to "historic"

On the top: I am little bit confused with your last sentence: all reports were available when they were released and were not set to historical, how to fix this

Using CG02 normally you generate one report after the other. So it is not clear what you have done

Did you check your "report" status in "CG50" or in "CG54"?

Do you use "Change numbers" in your area? this could be a "potential" reason ... what is the status in SAP table ESTDH for effected specification? Which reports are "there" (either deleted (del flag) or "historic or..)

Not very clear what you have done

Hello Mohit,

I'm not sure what you did. Did you set the templates into status historical or the released raw reports? If the former you need to generate new ones with a new version, if the latter you have to create new templates, again with a new version. In either case, you cannot bring reports/templates back into another status once they have been set to historical.

Best regards,

Ralph
