SDS Document Id mismatch in SAP and External Content Repostiory

Hi All,

Issue : SDS is throwing a Report doesnot contain a document Error when we try to open in production system.

Analysis :

* We store SDS in an External content server called opentext and the shipped SDS documents are stored in the External content server with Docid as filename ,

* This Doc id it is stored in SAP and as well as in Opentext External content Server. This SDS issue happens because we have different document id's maintained at each SAP and External Content Server.

* Now to overcome this scenario we have to change the document id either in TOA01 in SAP or else in Opentext end to make it as same at both ends.

* Kindly let us know the feasible solution at which end can be performed either at SAP or at content server.

Doc ID is generated by the SAP system? then it would be feasible to change in open text for the sake of future.

Thanks for the inputs and yes it works when we change the docid in content repository end .
