Scoring Model not working

Hi All

I am using a custom field for the scoring model calculation. The scoring model value is being calculated when i am entering the custom field value. But when i try to navigate to the Reviews -> Scoring Model i am getting

'500 Internal Server Error

SAP NetWeaver Application Server 7.00/Java AS 7.00 ;Failed to process request. Please contact your system administrator. '

Does it need any customization in the front end or back end.

Hi Rajesh,

Did you restart the portal J2EE engine after the custom field configuration.

If not the changes will not be updated.
