Please suggest whether scheduling agreement could be suggested to the customer for India Import process.
Queries :
Whether as per GST rules, Scheduling agreement could be suggested to customer? What are impacts?
Customer insists to use standard LPA document type which is time dependent- As its a India roll-out project.
With Time-Dependent document type (LPA) we couldnt add additional unplanned delivery costs, like customs, freight in scheduling agreement, pricing doesn't flows.
One complete process guide or manual could help us understand better.
