Hi All,
Just wondering if this is actually possible ;
Is a way to scan a document from a printer and have it attach itself straight to a SAP Work Order ?
My current process is to scan a document to our server, rename the file, then go into SAP and attach it to the Work Order through the normal "Services for Object" option and add attachment.
But I have heard that there may be a way to scan a document from a printer, rename it on the printer and then hit send and it gets attached straight to that WO# in SAP.
Any help or guidance on this would be appreciated.
