SBR document archiving and GLM+

Dear colleagues,

we're currently running a Project to move all raw reports from the DMS to KPro. In our development system everything went quite fine.

We make SDS and labels for GLM+, too, in our system. I don't see any issue with SDS but I have some pain that the GLM+ processes that are time critical may fail when a label can't be retrieved from the Content Server.

Does anybody have experience with using GLM+ and the raw reports are not stored in DMS but on an external archive?

thank you for your answer but I don't understand your last sentence. Can you please explain this further? All SDS are raw, correct?

And you don't use GLM+ and so you don't have SBRs for labels, correct?

Hello,

we currently have switched from dms to kpro (easy) for more than 30.000 sds. there are no problems. for raw we still have two hands full, we don't see advantage to switch as well...
