SBR document archiving and GLM+

Dear colleagues,

we're currently running a Project to move all raw reports from the DMS to KPro. In our development system everything went quite fine.

We make SDS and labels for GLM+, too, in our system. I don't see any issue with SDS but I have some pain that the GLM+ processes that are time critical may fail when a label can't be retrieved from the Content Server.

Does anybody have experience with using GLM+ and the raw reports are not stored in DMS but on an external archive?

thank you for your answer but I don't understand your last sentence. Can you please explain this further? All SDS are raw, correct?

And you don't use GLM+ and so you don't have SBRs for labels, correct?
