Hi All,
I have two users who just received new laptops with SAP GUI 730 and Office 2010. When they attempt to generate a report from template in CG02BD, the report appears and then they get a pop-up box (which appears to be from Office or Windows, not SAP) that shows a file directory and the options are Save or Cancel. The Save does nothing, so click Cancel and the box goes away. After that sometimes the entire report is displayed and sometimes it's cut off after a couple of pages. Has anyone ever run into this? I suspect something is not being installed correctly when these new laptops are set up at our service desk.
Request clarification before answering.
Please update SAPGUI (including WWI) to the latest version.
If this does not help, please open an Incident.

Dear Jason
welcome in the (quite frustrating) world of "WWI" handling....
a.) any local maschine must get the same WWI installation
b.) same Windows version
c.) same "Word"version
d.) and same "WWi.ini" version
I assume this is not the case in regards of the "laptops". This kind of issue is coming up quite often in WWI handling.
a.) please compare local WWI version with other clients
b.) please compare local WWI.INI version with other clients
Check: and the many references therein to a lot of "similar" threads.
