I assume now that MII 14.0 has the possibility to transport Projects from one system to another system.

I do have the document http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/604eee8c-e551-3010-d6af-b8fb9fe94...

which describes how to transport MII configuration from one system to another using CTS.

Can anyone send me a link to document that describe the transport of projects itself?

One small comment, CTC and CTS+ are not the same:

CTC (Automatic Technical Configuration) is for configuration templates; setting your Netweaver parameters, links to data sources etc

NWDI (Dev Infrastructure) and CTS+ (Central Transport) are respectively for transport of MII objects; your Transactions, Queries, irpts etc..
