/SAPAPO/CIF220 Issues in MRP and PP/DS – multiple orders in the CCR, including sales orders

I am having a problem in the CCR — sales orders are stuck with no reason that I could identify and without any changes. When I run the iteration in the CCR they integrate with APO. Any known solution for SAP APO/CIF220? Image below
