SAP QIM - grant activity responsible person access

Hi

Without giving a user access to all activities of a certain type, Is there a way to only give the user access to update /process an activity if that user is the responsible person on the QIM activity.

Roles gives you access to a whole range of activities according to your auth objects. But I need to control the access within that range to only activities assign to the user.

Any ideas would be great.
