Hi, ok, then without knowing which kind of organization or Company you are working with some thoughts. Because you are doing conversion, I assume that PS-module have been used already, some cases even decades... Most probably there are customizations e.g. specific Z-reports. Have you already done fit-gap analyses (ECC/PS vs S/4HANA EPPM/CPM/PM)? What actually would be needed? Are standard (existing) features enough? Depending e.g. how much new CloudAPAB will be needed, impacts costs and time, also migrations, tests, change management, etc., etc.
