SAP PPM Resource

Hello,

Is there a way by which we can search the resources based on the roles in SAP PPM cProjects,

For exp If we create a role Project Manager then during the resource search only specific resource lists should be visible.

Please let me know if there is any specific configuration .

Hello Rohit,

You can maintain the qualification to the resources (using Business Partner) , accordingly config the PPM and select the qualification with respect to task , later search the resource with same qualification.

So you need to do the following steps:

1. Maintain Qualification Catalog

2. Assign Qualification to Resources using BPs

3. Assign the Same qualification to the task and use the Resource Search option from PPM Project task.

Hello Neeraj,

Thanks for response, here the requirement is to add resource in advance to a role and later when we select the same role in project then all such resources should be visible.
