Hi,
I would like to know if the SAP PPM ( Portfolio and Project Management solution ) , which has now been embedded in S4 HANA 1909 on premise version , is part of same licence cost for S4 HANA 1909 version on premise.

No, PPM is covered by a separate EPPM license which covers both PPM and CPM.
