SAP PPM Mass Upload of Project Resource Data

2021-09-30-083341.jpgHi, this is my first question here in this forum.I already tried searching for the answer and couldn't find it, but it may be that I'm just bad at googling, so I beg you patience if this has already been answered.

I'm sometimes assigned the tedious task of updating the work hours assigned to each worker in each department project. Just to be clear, I'm talking about this screen:

For a few employees and a few projects, that would be ok, but there are usually many people and many projects:

So I have to access every single project, assign work hours, check if I didn't mess anything up, save the changes. Once I'm done with all projects for that employee, I go to the next and assign them their hours and so on.

Isn't there a better way to do that? Does it really have to be done manually, on an individual basis? I was hoping for a mass data upload, but I don't know if that functionality is present. And if it isn't, I have no idea of which database tables need to be accessed to gather and upload that information.

BAPI_BUS2177_STAFFING_ADD BAPI Role: Create Staffing
BAPI_BUS2177_STAFFING_CHANGE BAPI Role: Change Staffing
