SAP PPM - Lock Plan data as soon as project/phase/task status is released

Dear community,

is there any chance to lock plan data (e. g. duration, start, finish, etc.) as soon as the project/phase/task status is set to 'Released'? In case of a necessary change, a higher autorithy must approve any actions.

Example:

The Project Managers management agrees to a specific project timeline. The system status of the PPM-Project will be set to released. To prevent any changes without approval, we´d like to lock the time line specific information.

Is there a function like this in PPM standard?

Create a User Status Profile that is valid for Phases and Tasks and control the business processes with it.
