Dear Zhao,
You can select the task in the main-project and on tab "Basic Data" you can find the field "Subproject Number" where the subproject can be assigned.

Hi Zhao,
Are you trying to find 'Create Sub project' button in top menu where create buttons are there? If so, such kind of button is not delivered as standard by SAP. Instead you have to first create a sub-project in similar way as creating new project(lets assume it as XYZ). And then go to Main project(ABC) task A & then to 'General' tab where you have an field for selecting the sub-project. Click on selection options in that field and search for the sub-project(XYZ) which you created. Once you save, these above projects are part of multi-project management, where you have Main project & sub project for a task.
Hope this clarifies your question.
Regards,
Ravi
