SAP PPM ERROR Importación de Microsoft Excel en elementos

Hola amigos,

Estoy implementando PPM 5.0, y al importar los elementos (items) dice procesados ok, pero al ver los elementos (items) en el bucket dice items 9

pero al ingresar a los elementos del bucket solo estan visibles 5 items.

alguien sabe por que pasa esto?

la ruta es: sap portfolio and project management -> gestion de portafolio -> utilidades -> transferir datos a sap portfolio and project management -> importacion de microsoft excel en elementos.

Hi friends,

I'm implementing PPM 5.0, and import items (items) says processed ok, but when the elements (items) in the bucket says 9 items

but to enter the elements of the bucket are visible only 5 items.

Hi Hugo,

Did you used RPM utilities for uploading the items from excel?

And also can you share some screenshots in english language?

Hi Ravi,

R1) Yes, uploading the items from excel.

R2) attached screens in English,

Download the excel also from spro with the same result.

Hi Hugo,

Thanks for the screenshots and few questions based on that.

1) Are you able to open the items(4000 to 9000) from the portfolio items screen? This helps in understanding that whether items are created or not?

2) Did you get any error log during the upload (you can check the same in tcode RPM_DX_ITEM).

3) Can you try again to upload the items with different item ID's (in test run mode)?

R1) no, only visible 3 Item.

R2) no, screen attached.

R3) yes, but remains inconsistent, screen attached.

Hi Hugo,

My first question was..Are you able to view/open items (4000 to 9000) from the item dashboard in Portfolio Management--》Overview--》Portfolio Items.

So that we can confirm whether item is  created in the database or not.

R1) on view "Portfolio Items" are not visible all items loaded.

Hi Hugo,

Since the portfolio items are not created in PPM but only count is displayed, I feel there is some issue in the upload program. You can raise an OSS message to SAP.

to perform a cost extracion this update also updates the elements of the portfolio.
