SAP PPM - CATS integration

Hi,

We have an issue when we want to change a ressource affected to a rôle in PPM project.

When we select the ressource affecation and we try to automatically replace the ressource, we receive two error mesages:

Message DPR_CATS027 and Message DPR_BUPA_LNK025

It happen for some projects and not all projects and It never happened in the sandbox before.

can you please share the complete message details? Looks more like a product bug..

Hi Thierry,

Concerning message "DPR_BUPA_LINK025" check the status of the project element - where the role is assigned. (Reset the status of the assigned project element to ensure that changes can be made.)

Hi Judith,

I have to come back regarding this issue. Even if it was OK in the Sandox to reset the status. Today in the QA system, the reste is not possible because it's linked with PS project status.

The status ''validate'' is posted on the project tasks to activr PS and PM activities. I think that normally we must be able to manage ressources asignment even if the task or the project satus is ''validate'' isn't it ? can we manage the error message somewhere ?
