SAP PPM 6.0 - Create project in determined phase

Hello experts,

Is it possible create a project in PS in specific decision point in PPM?

For example: Should be create a project in PS automatic when determine phase in PPM is closed.

I'm not finding a specific documentation on the subject.

I used o subject - Defining Settings for Assigning an Item to a PS (page 83) - from documentation: (Documentation ConfigContPPM60SP01).

Does anyone know if this is possible?

Did you find a way to automate the PS project creation when a particular phase of PPM is closed?

Probably even I will need to do similar functionality so in case you have additional info on this-  please help.

There are one solution to this, and it's creating the PS Project in the first decision point approval status. At SAP PPM 6.0.

Hello Lilian;

I think that it's not possible to create at standard way in the last decision point approval. You will have to do an enhancement for this and if you want it automatically too.

Hi Lilian ,

There is no Out of the box SAP std functionality .

However you can do custom enhancements to auto generate a Project on Phase closure.
