SAP PPM 6.0 - Cost planning PS

Hello experts,

I have configured in PPM the cost planning in PS version 0 , this is working. The users can see the cost planned in PS in SAP PPM.

Is it possible update a cost plan with version different of 0 for PPM? How?

Anybody have a specific documentation about this?

Hi Lillian,

I found this text in page 113 of the PPM Configuration guide:

"Define financial views for budget or planned cost transfer in the Customizing for SAP Portfolio and Project Management under -> Portfolio Management > Global Customizing > Portfolio-Independent Settings >Define Financial and Capacity Views

If you have set a view in the Amount Type for Transfer column to Planned Cost Transfer, you have to select a CO Version which is used in the data transfer."

the CO Version can be maintained in customizing of "Define Financial View".
