SAP PPM 5.0 SP14 -- behaviour of completed tasks

Hello PPM experts,

We have observed that tasks completed in the project are still editable. Is there a customizing for the same? Please let know. We dont want the tasks to be editable after task status = Complete.

e.g. in below structure, all yelllow-highlited tasks are completed however one can edit the duration, responsible role/resource, date constraints, etc. How can we make this non-editable when task status = Complete?

Hello Francesco,

In PPM 6.1, how do we restrict the team members from changing the status to other statuses?. When the status is set to complete, team members should not be able to change the status to any other status.

Hello Ashwini,

These fields are not editable when I check this scenario on our PPM 5.0 test system.

Are you using the standard field control 0SPRO for the relevant project type? if not, can you check if the issue persists when using the standard field control?
