Hello Experts,
One of user complained to us saying few of his folders are missing under C folder in SAP portal -> Product Lifecycle.
User says he has never deleted them and those folders were appearing few days back.
What could be the reason of this. Is there any way with which this can be restored.
Any pointers on this will be highly appreciated.

Request clarification before answering.
Hi,
as there is not automatic archiving or so - you might want to check if the folders he is missing are actually not visible due to changes in authorizations, which could have been done on any level (collaboration or folder).

Thanks for your feedback. We tried to check, but there were no issue of missing authorization.
We then raised this issue to SAP. SAP investigated this and found in table CFX_HIERARCHY, entry with topic which has left topic id was not existing. So he added valid entry and then c folders started appearing.
