SAP PCo Error : connectivity Framework error : the given Key was not present in the dictionnary

I'm facing issue with the PCo destinations which used to work properly, when clicking on the destination system, the error message connectivity Framework error : the given Key was not present in the dictionnary is displayed and I cannot modify or display the destination settings

Could you help me to understand what is the root cause and how to fix this issue, please
