while creating an injury/illnes log, after clicking save button, i am getting
Internal program error; (E 0121 CBIH )
Message no. C$153
i have configured all as per oss notes even after getting the same error.

Required settings when activating status profiles in status management
Required settings for the status profiles check
I have maintained the number ranges for injury illness both internal & external.
please support.
