SAP OEE Plant Hierarchy Node Not getting Deleted

Hello Experts,

In S4 HANA, we are facing below issues in while SAP OEE set up configurations in "/OEE/PLANT_HIER":

1. While trying to delete the Plant Hierarchy Nodes, the nodes are not getting deleted.

2. Not able to modify the KPI targets, throws the validity error. when we try to change the validity it doesn't allow again.

Any idea why this is behaving like this?

Any help will be much appreciated.
