Dear community
I might need to implement the Occupational Health RCS in a SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Private Edition, system.
It is my understanding that this RCS alone cannot be implemented without implementing first the Workplace Safety - Risk Assessment (and for the look of it, Chemical Management) solution.
Am I right or assuming wrongly?
Also, is there anyone who's done it successfully and might want to give some advice on how to best tackle this challenge?
All help will be mot appreciated.

Hi Paulo, you can implement Occupational Health on its own taking into consideration you need HCM integration.
You must have installed the following SAP components in order to be able to use all the Occupational Health functions:
Personnel Administration
You require master data from the Personnel Administration component such as name, first name, date of birth, and personnel number (for the United States, you also need the social security number) in order to use employee data.
Organizational Management
The system uses organizational units (object types) from Organizational Management. You must therefore make sure that positions, jobs, and tasks are created there.
Recruitment
You need master data from Recruitment such as name and first name in order to use applicant data.
SAP Business Partner
You need master data from the Business Partners component such as name and first name in order to use data for external persons (for example, customers).
Where the integration between workplace safety and OH comes is where you would like to recommend protocols based on a person's exposure. As an example, when a risk assessment identifies a high risk rating like for noise induced hearing loss, you would like to have the system proposed the applicable 'hearing loss' protocols in OH to the individuals that belongs to the same SEG (similar exposure groups). Same goes for any agent that a risk assessment can be done on like an exposure to a chemical.
