SAP MRS time allocation unit (hours, days) not changeable

Hello,

I have actually two questions:

- is there a chance to change in MRS the duration unit in "time allocations"? With our settings I can see the different units but they can't be changed:0

- for normal assignments we have selected "day based scheduling" with 8 working hours. Is it possible to select for time allocations also 8 hours if the unit days is chosen?

Hello

Time allocations are actually time streams which are repeated in nature or only single occurrence similar to HR work schedule where you can have one day / part day absence or a sequence of available time. That is the design for time allocations.

But assignments are also capacitive in nature where they can run for months at a time, therefore they have a bigger definition of unit. I am sorry to state you cannot change the unit for TA's.
