SAP MRS role status changes in Fiori Staffing request tile when the resource is inactive

Hi,

I am working as a MRS Consultant and need help for the following.

I am looking for some suggestions on setting role status changes in SAP MRS staffing request using Fiori.

If a candidate is Withdrawn / Inactive in HRMM and Resource Manager wants to see the candidate who is inactive / withdrawn in the assignments for which they have assigned to but the role status should be changed from staffed to as per the business requirement and also it should not appear in further search criteria of candidate search.

I see a problem in Fiori tile of staffing requests, if the candidate is withdrawn then it is deleting the entry, is this something related to HRMM entry? We tested the candidate is made to be withdrawn status and didnt run HR to MRS job, still the changes gets reflected in the assignment but entry is not appearing
