SAP MRS (MultiResource Scheduling) - How to unassign a deleted demand?

Hello Experts.

How to reverse an assignment if the demand or the operation in the order has been deleted?

The order in the picture above has been finished and closed, but I cannot remove the assignment already made in the Resource Planning (tcode: /MRSS/PLBOORGSRV)

I've tried the report /MRSS/TLS_ASSIGNMENTS_DEL, however nothing effectively happened, see below.

Could you kindly advise how to proceed? We're using the MRS v10.

Usually when operation is deleted assignment from MRS also deleted, but in your case I think assignment prevented from deletion,

If you want to remove it from MRS check configuration in MRS>>Source of demand>>PM/CS orders>>Control Assignment Processing Based on Order Status (ERP)

From this configuration assignment are not insert/changed/deleted if certain status is active in order/operation & in MRS.

Example- once operation is partial confirmed i.e PCNF status is active then assignment can not be changed in MRS

Hi,

The possibility is that you have made the setting do not show completed demands in the planning board, this would remove the demand from the planning board, but will still exists in MRS.

The assignment whereas is a part of the Resource as well, so that will be visible as you cannot use the same slot for re-planning.
