Using MII 15.0 version,not able to send mail using send email action block.Is anything need to be configured from SAP NWA.. like Key Storage...
you need to have mail server for sending the E-Mail using SAP MII.check if there is any mail server configured.

Mail server has been configured in Data Server=>connections .
can you share e-mail configuration then. how you are configuring the action block?
