SAP MII OEE REPORT

Hi,

From reading online and comparing my 15.4 version of SAP ME it looks like the OEE Report activity was removed, is there an alternative method to generate reports for OEE without going through the OEE pod?

As a carry on from the above we are also wanting to display the live OEE details on a large screen at the side of the production line, initial thoughts are to retrieve the data and put it in a HTML page with some other information (current job, target runrate etc). To do this we are trying to retrieve the values from the OEE that are viewable in the OEE pod using the OEE Report Action block in an MII transaction however it seems to fail to return anything as it appears the END_DATE_TIME is "TimeUnavailable" for all entries looking the RESOURCE_TIME_MEMBER table.

Does anyone know what should be updating this END_DATE_TIME? Also if the job is currently active it would not have an end time yet anyway?

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks

Ben

New OEE@ME has PAPI methods which can be used to calculate KPIs, and then such data can be used on custom dashboards.

As to RTM.EDT, it should be pipolated with a time stamp when the SFC gets out of work at the resource associated with the resource. It could be SFC Complete, or Signoff, or anything what moves the SFC somewhere else from its current in-work position at the Routing Step.

Thanks Sergiy, The outputs from the KPI transactions seem to provide some information, I'll have a read through the documentation of how to get these raw values to correspond to what we see in the OEE pod, seems a little bit of maths might be involved!

The "math" is described in the SAP ME OEE How-To Guide, and OEE customization is described in a respective developer's guide. Both available at help.sap.com/me.
