SAP MII OEE - IDOCs are being sent to Message Monitor instead of Queue Monitor

Hi Experts,

I would like to ask for your assistance as I am running out of options. I am new to MII and I have configured the plant hierarchy in ERP side, and have sent an IDOC via Logistics ➤ Production ➤ Overall Equipment Effectiveness ➤ Information system ➤ OEE IDoc selection.

However, IDOCs are found in Message Monitor instead of Queue Monitor. What am I doing wrong?

do you have executed SAP OEEINT CTC Wizard?

if yes, you have to check MII Scheduler for InboundMessageEnqueuer (XMIIIDOC##)

this Scheduler will process categorzied messages from MII Message Monitor and forward them to OEEINT Queue (monitor)
Afterwards the Message Dispatcher Scheduler will process messages according Workflow Configuration.

you have setup a message processing rule for the specific message listener say "XMIIIDOC01" in your case and set it to the processing type as category to "SAPOEEINT_INBOUND_QUEUE".

Further to process this messages from queue monitor you have to enable the standard OEE background jobs "OEEInboundMessageEnqueuer" and the "OEEMessageDispatcher" jobs from the scheduler.

Where to enter category "SAPOEEINT_INBOUND_QUEUE", I am also facing same issue.
