SAP MII JMS_QUEUE table growing at an alarming rate

Hi Support Gurus

Has anyone had an issue on MII where the table JMS_QUEUE has started to grow and a very large rate. currently the table is now at 40GB and growing by around 2GB a day

Can this table be purged ? or deleted?
