sap mii 15 install on netweaver 740 sr2

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am trying to install SAP MII 15 on netweaver 740 SR2 JAVA application, but I meet one error, the error message is as follows,please help to solve it.

Just a guess but you may want to try just deploying and getting MII up and running before you deploy the OEE SCA. There may be a dependency.
