SAP MII 15.1 Web Service to retrieve NetWeaver users

I was told that SAP introduced a new Web Service on SAP MII 15.1, in order to check if user credentials are valid.

Does someone know which WS it is ? And how to consume it ?

I will add a concrete example, to best describe my needs:

We have an operator MII screen. The desktop will be logged on MII thanks to a generic MII user. Then we want to prompt and request the operator to enter its personal credentials (user and password) every 15 minutes on that screen. Those personal credentials (= operators MII user accounts) need to be managed on UME. So we would need to have access to MII users so that we can check if the operator input is valid.

During a SAP MII 15.1 presentation, I think a Web Service was mentioned, able to check/have access to MII user accounts credentials.
