SAP MII 12.2 authentication from external link

I am tryig to resolve the problem when a user recieves an email with a link to the 12.2 application they will not be properly authenticated and result in the applets failing or the page not responding.

Here is an example url: http://miiserver/XMII/CM/corpapps/copf/inventory/calculator/manager.irpt?matl_no=01039393&plant_cde=...

I have tried adding session=true or session=false, but it does not seem to make any difference.

Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks.

Hi Travis,

When you call this link you will be asked for login credentials. Are you passing credentials in the URL itself.

No, I cannot pass credentials as I would not know the user's passoword. They should be automatically logged in through active directory.

Yes Anushree, we have single sign on.

No errors. The problem seems to only occur on our production server and not on our development or qa server. Leading me to believe there is some sort of setting that is different.

Here is other configuration inside of NWA…its called SPNEGO I believe.  Screen shots below.
